Wish You Were tHere explores my relationship with the Mono Basin landscape and my romantic desire for escapism from urban life. I use the photographic backdrop and blue screen for its ability to digitally transport subjects to places of their choosing. The virtual becomes stand-in for the romantic and idealized potential of rural life.
